Background and Rationale The Suludnon are a culturally indigenous Visayan tribe that live in the mountainous regions of Capiz-Lambunao and Antique-Iloilo in Panay in the Visayan islands of the Philippines. They are also referred to as Panay-Bukidnon, Pan-ayanon, or Tumandok. They originally shared a culture with the Kinaray-a, Aklanon, and Hiligaynon language speakers, who all live in the lowlands of Panay. However, due to their seclusion from Spanish authority, their pre-Hispanic culture and beliefs have persisted. Description of Product Tumandok Apparel aims to preserve Panay Bukidnon's culture by integrating their rich culture through their vibrant patterns woven onto clothes. By blending indigenous craft techniques with contemporary designs we bring Panay Bukidnon's aesthetic and culture to our consumer's wardrobes.
